You handle creative work across a wide range of media, from concept design for programs and events to key visuals, web pages, and workshop tools.

At ASIBA, we plan and produce designs for a variety of media in-house. This position involves handling “design” across a wide range of media—from conceptual design to main visuals for programs and events organized by ASIBA, as well as web page layout and UX design for workshop content.
While delivering outputs that fully meet initial requirements is essential, we seek a proactive and playful design approach that often involves redefining and reinterpreting those requirements to continually strive for something even better.
From program concept design to the creation of main visuals and web pages
For “Creative Lab.”—a community and hands-on program for young people specializing in the creative field, co-hosted with the NPO ETIC.—our creative team handled everything from planning and proposing the brand concept to translating it into visuals.Based on the concept of “a place to reconnect one’s creative work with one’s way of life,” we proposed a design system that gradually increases in resolution and implemented it as dynamic web design.

Co-hosted by Takenaka Corporation, ASIBA, and ReLink, the “Seasonal Demolition Material Demo Auction”—an exhibition and workshop exploring new uses for construction demolition materials—was realized.Focusing on demolition materials that ReLink and ASIBA had collected from demolition sites across the country, we created a main visual that highlighted each individual piece of material—as well as workshop cards featuring that motif—to encourage visitors to discover their hidden value.Over the course of the four-day event, more than 100 idea sketches and “price proposals” were generated, highlighting the potential for reusing demolition materials.

ASIBA launched the third cohort of the ASIBA Creative Incubation Program, aimed at individuals aged 30 and under working in the fields of architecture, design, and art, to foster “creative entrepreneurship that moves back and forth between inquiry and practice” and to promote social action. We consistently produced all materials—from the main visual for recruiting the third cohort to the various specialized worksheets used within the program—using a unified design style.
