By destabilizing boundaries, I want to create a “life” that breaks free of the rules a building has set. Just as changing the conditions shifts the edge of a pile of garbage bags on the roadside, a boundary gets redrawn whenever some “problem” arises. So, we insert a volume into the building large enough to actually get in the way of everyday life. The space of “a boxy structure and a soft, large box” keeps updating itself to stay fresh. Through their exchanges with Pochant, people encounter a way of living that exists only in this moment.
